Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
